Rosemary Sea Salt Pretzel Bites

Made these for all my WW peeps out there.

40 of them for 11 points which means 20 for 6 or 10 for 3….love it!

1 cup self rising flour (I used @goldmedalflour)
1 cup non fat Greek yogurt (I used @fage)
dried rosemary
sea salt
1 egg, beaten

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine the cup of flour and cup of yogurt until a dough is formed. Knead in the dried rosemary, to your discretion until the dough is speckled to your liking….you will likely add 1 to 3 Tbs.

3. Pull out a portion of the dough and roll it into ropes of pretzel thickness then cut it into nuggets. Repeat until you’ve cut up all the dough. I ended up with 40 pieces (dough is approximately 11 points total depending on your flour, so calculate the points based on how many you end up with.)

4. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt.

5. Bake for 15-17 min until done inside. Flip oven to broil and brown the tops to your liking…keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
