If you’re ever in need of a recipe that’s kind of fun for dinner or date-night-in, this is your friend! Of course it would make a killer party food but I tend to wonder how people do a bunch of hot dishes and get dressed and ready when entertaining! So dinner or date night where you’re just making this guy makes for a fun alternative!

It’s probably even something you could whip up quickly for small group, team meetings, or bunko night if you generally keep these items stocked in your pantry! And there are so many ways you can switch this up!

I made a similar version from a Whole30 cookbook that had me put the potato rounds on parchment paper. I found that the potatoes cooked beautifully that way. This time I wanted to use my White Large Round Stone which is normally the best thing I have to cook on if I want something crispy. But I think the parchment paper wins this round. Next time I would go back to that 👍

But they are still potato rounds with “the works” on top so I’m not fussing! They were tasty! If you don’t have anything planned for fun weekend food give this one a try! Happy mouths every where.
Happy Cooking! Getting close to the end of the cookbook posts!! 😳😬🎉🥰
